Dallas · AI systems for teams that ship

Custom AI systems your team will actually use.

We build production AI — agents, automations, integrations — for teams that are tired of prototypes that never make it past the demo. Working software in weeks, not slide decks in quarters.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. We figure out together whether there's a project worth doing.

What we build

Four things, done well. We don't pretend to do everything.

Custom AI agents

Production-grade agents with real tool use, memory, observability, and recovery paths. Not chat-on-a-prompt — software you can put in front of customers or behind your ops team.

Workflow automation

End-to-end pipelines that connect your tools and remove the manual middle. n8n, custom Python, or wired directly into your stack. We build for reliability first, demos second.

AI features inside your app

Embed LLM-powered features into your existing product without the bloat: extraction, summarization, classification, semantic search, structured output. Shipped behind feature flags so you can ramp safely.

Content & data pipelines

Ingest → process → publish at scale. The same kind of architecture that powers Knods.io: visual, observable, and built for non-engineers to operate.

Featured work

Flagship · Live with real users

Knods.io

We're the team behind Knods.io — a visual workflow platform to create, automate, and scale content with AI. From an idea on a whiteboard to a live product with active customers running real campaigns.

  • Visual node editor for non-engineers to build AI workflows
  • Production-grade execution engine with observability
  • Live with paying users — not a portfolio piece

Production · Always-on

Hermes

We build automations around Hermes for live operations: tool orchestration, guardrails, and recovery playbooks so teams can run it with confidence.

Internal · Framework

OpenClaw

Framework we use as delivery infrastructure for agent-based systems. It helps us ship faster while keeping integrations observable and maintainable.

Under NDA

Client systems

A handful of revenue-touching automations and AI features built for clients that we can't name publicly. Happy to walk through case studies on a call.

How we work

Short cycles. Working software at every step. No 90-day blackouts.

  1. 01

    Discovery week

One week, fixed fee. We map your problem, validate the AI angle is real, and produce a written scope with a working prototype where useful. If it shouldn't be built, we say so.

  2. 02

    Build & ship

Most projects ship in 4–8 weeks. You see working software every week, in your hands, not in a demo. We deploy to your infra or ours — your call.

  3. 03

    Iterate & operate

Optional ongoing retainer to keep the system maintained, observed, and evolving with your needs. Most clients move here after the first project ships.

You're probably a fit if…

Your ops team is drowning in manual work

Repetitive triage, copy-paste between tools, weekly reports that take hours. There's an automation hiding in there, and probably an agent.

You tried adding AI and it didn't ship

An impressive prototype that never made it past staging. Usually the gap is observability, recovery, or the boring 30% nobody scoped.

You want to validate an AI-native product

A founder or product lead who needs a real, working v1 in front of customers before hiring a team. We've done this from zero — see Knods.io.

Why work with us

We've shipped what we sell

Knods.io is live, and we run real client operations on top of systems like Hermes and OpenClaw. This is production work, not just concept demos.

Small team, no offshore handoffs

You work directly with the people writing the code. No PMs translating between you and an engineer you'll never meet.

Honest about what AI can't do

If a workflow doesn't need AI, we won't add it. If a problem is better solved with a script and a cron job, that's what you get.

Common questions

How long do projects typically take?

Discovery is one week. Most builds ship in 4–8 weeks. Some larger systems run 3 months. We're transparent about timelines on the discovery call — if it's longer than that, we'll say so before you commit.

Do we need to be in Dallas?

No. We work with teams across North America. Being Dallas-based just means we can do in-person workshops easily for clients in DFW.

What stack do you work in?

We're pragmatic: Python, TypeScript/Node, Astro, Postgres, n8n for automation, Railway/Vercel/AWS for deploy, plus the major LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI). We'll meet your stack where it lives.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes — that's most of what we do. CRMs, ticketing systems, internal databases, custom APIs, webhooks. If it has an interface, we can wire AI into it.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Discovery week is a small fixed fee. Build projects typically land in the $15k–$60k range depending on scope; some are larger. Retainers start at $3k/mo. We'll quote on the discovery call once we understand the work.

Do you also do video content for local businesses?

Yes — that's a separate offering. If you run a med spa, restaurant, dental office, or other local business in DFW, see creativetechnology.dev/video.

Let's see if there's a project worth doing.

A 30-minute call. We'll talk through your problem and either point you at a path forward or tell you it's not something we should build.
